Systems Administrator I, II and III

Systems Administrators I, II and III are responsible for performing ongoing maintenance tasks including system back-up, file recovery, and configuring software. This position schedules, troubleshoots, provides technical support, installs, and tests system software upgrades.

Account Manager I, II and III*

Account Manager I, II and III are responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external customers. Account Manager I, II and III ensure that the needs of their clients are met by handling customer complaints, finding solutions to issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business opportunities.

*A strong internal candidate has been identified.

Client Technology Support I, II and III

The Client Technology Support I, II and III are responsible for identifying issues, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting errors that arise, repairing computer hardware, and providing overall technical support to customers. Client Technology Support I, II and III are professionals with hands-on experience in repair, maintaining hardware, and restoring network/internet issues.
