It’s hard to believe that IT Insights has been around for five incredible years! From our humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for roughly 70 organizations, supporting around 1,500 endpoints. This milestone is a testament to our commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to our clients.
Over the past five years, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide top-notch IT solutions that empower businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Our team of experts has been at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that our clients have the tools and support they need to succeed.
We’re also proud to share that our team has grown to 13 talented individuals, each bringing unique skills and expertise to the table. This growth has enabled us to enhance our services and better support our clients’ needs.
Looking ahead, we have exciting plans to expand our reach to the entire upstate area. By extending our services, we aim to help even more organizations achieve their IT goals and drive success in their respective industries.
Lastly, as we celebrate this significant milestone, I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and team members. SIMPLIFIED BILLING
IT Insights is happy to announce that we are introducing consolidated invoicing. What that means for our clients is that labor, services, and tools will all appear on a single monthly invoice. This change will be slowly rolled out over the next several months to ensure a smooth transition. Growing Together: A Message from Our VP of Account Development, Christopher Bierasinski
I joined IT Insights in 2020. There were three people back then, and around 20 clients supported by us. As Chris said, we’re several times that size and constantly growing. I’m very thankful for the clients that have stayed with us since the beginning and those that have joined us along the way. We have always strived to provide the most transparent process, support that fits your needs, and coaching and advice from our Account Managers and the rest of our staff. For any of our clients, be it the ones from the very beginning or new in the last few months, I welcome your feedback on your experience, the transition process, what we’re getting right, and what needs attention.
