October has been an exciting month at IT Insights. From being recognized as a 2025 Kaseya Titan to gaining fresh industry insights at DattoCon and even stepping into the community spotlight during Fashion Week Rochester, this month has reminded me what truly defines our team – a shared commitment to technological excellence and community connection.
Being named a Kaseya Titan is more than just an accolade; it’s a meaningful milestone. Earning regional recognition for our innovative approach reinforces what we’ve always believed, that a Rochester-based MSP can make an impact on any stage. We’ve also begun implementing several key takeaways from DattoCon to deliver even greater value and resilience for our clients.
On a more local note, I’m especially proud to share our new “Intern of the Month” partnership with Lollypop Farm. Highlighting adoptable pets might seem unexpected for a technology company, but it perfectly captures our broader vision that strong communities are built on connection, compassion, and collaboration.
Through our PosITive Impact initiative, we’re continuing to invest in community-driven efforts, from supporting local internship programs to helping keep The Nook Food Shelf stocked for those in need. These partnerships reflect our ongoing mission to strengthen the place we call home – where we live, work, and grow together.
As we look toward the close of 2025, our focus remains clear: to sustain meaningful growth through new recognition, new relationships, and new opportunities to lead with purpose.

IT Insights Named a 2025 Kaseya Titan Finalist
We’re thrilled to announce that IT Insights of Rochester has been named a finalist in the 2025 Kaseya Titans Northeast Region category! This first-of-its-kind recognition celebrates excellence, innovation, and community commitment across the managed service provider (MSP) industry.
The Titans of the Industry Awards Gala will take place on December 10, 2025, at the iconic Beverly Hilton, where top MSPs from across the country will be honored in front of hundreds of their peers.

Each month, we’ll be featuring a shelter pet as our honorary “Intern of the Month”, a furry teammate who’s “on the job” while waiting to find their forever home.
These lovable interns bring smiles to our office and remind us that making a difference goes far beyond technology. By spotlighting these pets, we’re proud to help connect them with caring families and support Lollypop Farm’s mission of compassion.
