Supporting Education Through Finger Lakes Community College

The future of tech starts in the classroom. That’s why one of our most meaningful, long-term educational partnerships is with Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC)—a key player in supporting education and shaping the next generation of tech talent right here in Upstate New York. Together, we’re working to create real-world career opportunities and drive lasting community impact in Rochester by strengthening the pipeline between education and the tech industry.

FLCC Partnership: A Foundation of Excellence

Our partnership with FLCC is rooted in personal experience. Our founder, Chris Sirianni, is not only an FLCC graduate but also a recipient of the school’s Outstanding Alumni Award. What began as a student-to-alumni story has grown into a strategic relationship centered on expanding access to tech careers in Rochester, NY.

Chris now serves on FLCC’s Computer Sciences Advisory Board, where he brings his professional background as an executive director to:

Creating Robust Talent Pipelines

Over the years, FLCC has become one of our go-to sources for up-and-coming talent. The students we hire bring not only strong technical skills and computer science knowledge but also a community-first attitude that fits perfectly with our values. They understand the importance of tech as a tool for good, and they’re ready to build something bigger than themselves.

What we consistently see in FLCC graduates:
